Example scenario

You want to book a trip for 3rd to 8th July 2022

You only pay £50 per passenger to make the reservation. If you decide you want to book your coach travel or flights at point of booking then the £50 is still refundable if your trip needs to be cancelled due to COVID reason within 21 days of departure (see terms on this page) but not if you cancel for any reason before then. If you decide to wait to reserve your flights or coach travel or are self organising then the £50 is fully refundable up until March 1st 2022. We can book the coach and flights at anytime subject to availability. Bear in mind we can hold some flights for 6 weeks before you would have to commit. It’s best to talk to us about the various options for booking transport. We only ask that you keep us informed if you are thinking of cancelling.

Your responsibilities

It remains the individual’s responsibility if an individual can’t travel due to falling ill or a positive COVID test. Check the school’s travel insurance for these situations. You might want to consider advising parents to get extra insurance cover if they wish.

It remains the school’s responsibility to ensure all passengers follow the current COVID travel guidelines and entry requirements of the destinations they are travelling to and through, with regards to testing, vaccinations (including any booster) and other related paperwork. We will keep you informed of any major changes or developments. HERE are the latest French regulations and HERE is the .Gov advice for travel to France.

You will be issued with a Teacher Responsibility document which details pastoral responsibilities while they are on the trip with us.
