Be brave and talk to people

Adventure activities are a fantastic way to meet new people and strengthen friendships. They are also a great opportunity to support your friends when they need it.

Although you can’t do that in person at the moment you do have Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or any other video app at your finger tips.

Why not be brave and call someone you don’t regularly chat to to see how they are getting on? Maybe you could share videos and ideas about some of these challenges: or make up some of your own.
