We propose a programme of (awesome) activities for groups when we first meet. We confirm the programme about a week before the trip once we have planned transport, group rotations, meals and activity times. Do let us know if you have any specific preferences. Programmes can change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
Most groups stay in our Centre de Vacances which specialises in groups of young people. It has small dormitories, fantastic views, great facilities and is in a great location. We also use other accommodation depending on the time of year and group.
The price depends on group size, dates, activity preferences and travel preferences. Please get in touch and we can arrange a quote for your group.
Groups tend to fly to Geneva early Monday AM, start activities by 1pm then fly home Friday PM after an activity. The other option is to take the bus overnight on the Sunday and return overnight on Saturday which works out cheaper, especially for larger groups. Flights tend to be with British Airways or EasyJet
The spectacular environment and adventure activities are a great opportunity to build character skills such as resilience, leadership, team work and creativity. Each pupil is different, each school is different so let’s have a chat about how we can help you get more out of a trip with us.
Every school gets a media pack which includes photos and video of their trip as well as a printed booklet. Very useful for use in school social media and to help portray your school values. More info HERE
BeVenturesome staff will be with you the whole way. We’ll meet you at the airport and spend the whole week with you. Most of our staff are outdoor instructors so will be either taking the activities themselves or assisting French guides
We agree a deposit (normally 25%) to secure your booking and the balance will be due 10 weeks before the trip departs. We do not charge VAT. We can only secure flights once we have your deposit
To participate fully in all the activities a healthy level of fitness is required. They will need to be able to swim 25m and walk up to 10km. They are likely to ride a bike during the week as well. Please have a conversation with us about any pupils who might not be able participate fully before booking. We do what we reasonably can to accommodate all pupils.
Teachers have pastoral responsibility for pupils. This includes bedtime and wake up, administering and medical treatments, looking after pupils with illnesses etc. You will need to ensure that pupils have EHIC cards, visas, travel insurance and supply us with all relevant medical info, allergies, consent, passport information when requested.
You will get a free teacher place with every 10 full paying pupil places. So, for example, if you have 34 paying pupils you’ll get 3 free teacher places. We’ll arrange discounted places for any extra teachers
