Ride a bike without moving

Learning to ‘track stand’ as it’s known, will really help your overall cycling ability and balance on the bike for when you can go cycling around the woods (which will happen!) Here Jonny gives you some tips and shows you a game.

What you’ll need: Bike, helmet and a small yard. You can do it in the garage or hall if your parents let you!
