As we navigate each challenge we guide pupils through some of the principles of Leadership and introduce Followership. Followership is a great tool to help pupils understand team building. Each Pupil get their own workbook to write down thoughts on leadership & followership as we go through the day. This help develop their understanding and provides a useful takeaway.
